Tri-State Water, Power, and Air, also known as Tri-State Water Treatment, Inc., services Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Louisiana, Arkansas and Texas. Established in September of 1992 Tri-State opened its' doors with only 11 employees providing residential water treatment, service and sales.
Tri-State grew rapidly from 11 employees to 25 within 6 months, making part-time jobs into full-time jobs, adding positions, and installing more water treatment equipment than most could keep up with. In August of 1994, Tri-State acquired a second location in Fenton Missouri, to service the major metropolitan area of St. Louis and quickly became one of the top10 RainSoft dealers in the world. In 2007, a similar family business in Longview Texas was acquired to service the East Texas, Shreveport Louisiana and Little Rock Arkansas areas as well.
Tri-State Water, Power, and Air now employs over 100 people between the 4 offices. In early 2009 we added the Home Generator Division to the company and in 2010 Tri-State had become the largest installer of home generator systems in the Midwest. We later brought on additional product lines such as Setrel Bathroom Makeovers, Tankless Water Heaters and residential Solar Panels; broadening our services to ensure our ability to truly provide our customers with the finest products.
Tri-State is a family business with family members working in each office. Along side them, Tri-State has a team of dedicated employees working in administration, finance, customer service, field service, installation, sales and marketing. As a team we strive to provide the absolute best customer service and products available to our many customers including providing 24 hour 7 day a week emergency service.
Our fearless leader and CEO, Donny Beasley, who you may have seen on our TV ad, has been at the helm since we opened the doors in 1992. He is certified as a Water Specialist by the Water Quality Association, is a member of the RainSoft Hall of Fame and has also been honored with a certificate of appreciation from the National Guard Reserves. As our guide, he encourages each of us everyday to strive for our personal best and to treat each customer as we would expect to be treated. His generosity has made a positive impact on his employees, customers and community and is evident to all who know him.
